Recently, the Zhuxinzhuang Training Base of Beijing Subway—the largest and most comprehensive urban rail transit operation training base in China—constructed with the participation of The First Engineering Bureau of CREC, was officially put into operation.
The base has a total building area of approximately 17,000 square meters and features a comprehensive training complex comprising five training buildings, one indoor practice track, one comprehensive building, and one emergency rescue base. It fully covers core functions such as operations training, emergency drills, rolling stock maintenance, and power supply maintenance, offering the distinctive advantage of multi-functional single-line and integrated training. The First Engineering Bureau of CREC undertook all track works within the base.
The completion and commissioning of the Zhuxinzhuang Training Base will enhance talent training, technical drills, and emergency response capabilities for Beijing Subway and the urban rail transit industry nationwide, thereby promoting the safe and efficient development of rail transit operations.
